Summary
The holder of this position will be crucial in managing surveying activities and utilizing advanced equipment and software like Civil CAD to support property development projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, significant experience in infrastructure project management, a strong background in surveying techniques and equipment operation, and a proven track record of working on property development projects. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills to identify challenges, propose solutions, and resolve issues amicably.
Duties and Responsibilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
Project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet project deadlines. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to land surveying.
Professional licensure or certification as a Land Surveyor is preferred.
Additional Information
Ability to work in outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
Physical fitness and endurance to conduct field surveys, including walking long distances, climbing, and carrying equipment. Ability to lift and transport surveying equipment and tools.
Working Environment
