1. We request Companies or Agencies should do demand letter according to Embassy Template,
2. From whichever country we are doing Demand letter, we are advising to our Companies or Agency to check Embassy website and download the templates of demand letter and also follow the minimum wages of Embassy request.
3. We are very sorry for inconvenience in prior, As per Embassy request we have many different requirement for the attestation to verified your job order from Embassy. So Whenever you are working on Demand Letter, need to consult with Embassy to apostle your demand letter from following government institute from your country. For an example, if you are Qatar base company and wants to order manpower from Nepal, you have to write demand letter as per Embassy Demand Draft and have to verify by Chamber of Commerce of Qatar and Embassy of Nepal in Doha. So when you verified your demand letter through these two institute, your demand automatically listed in our Labor Department System (FEIMS) and we can approve your demand from the system.
4. Demand letter from EUROPE is bit different than other Gulf Countries and Malaysia, Where Embassy of Nepal is not in your country, Your demand have to attested through neighborhood country where you can find Nepal Embassy also the Country should be accredited by the Embassy of Nepal in that country.
5. Demand Letter only can be verify and legal when Labor Department of Nepal approved under the Agency Name, Such as if your company is addressing Job order under our agency name and you verify, we only legalize the demand letter which is in system of labor department of Nepal (FEIMS). so we don’t have option other than this to legalize or verify your demand, so after the active demand verify, you can recruit your worker behalf of us and can recruit them as soon as possible after your demand active from the system.
